You can even try cold water that will depend on what you decide to choose as long as it helps in cooling your hotness. Taking a small part of a non-acidic foods is also a good remedy and do not attempt eating too much especially when your tummy is aching. Do not eat foods or drinks such as dips, chips and excessive odor condiments, because it might affect your nose as well.
