How to Get Rid of a Stomach Ache?

Most people agree that stomach ache is one of the most disturbing problems in life, especially if there are a lot of things that you need to do. Health professionals have created some useful ideas on how to get rid of stomach spasm the easiest way.

When you’re at home make sure to lie on your back placing a hot cloth on top of your stomach. Make sure that your feet must be place at a higher position than the rest of your body and pillows can help you elevate your feet so that the pain may be reduced.  Eating herbs such as ginger ale and Aloe Vera juice known as an anti-parasitic aid may help your digestion. Same as herbal teas like ginger, chamomile and mint tea also gives aids to digestion. Another suggestion is putting a heating pad on your abdomen to temporarily ease the stomach ache.

Listening to good music may also prevent you from being bored while lying. Make sure to lie on left side for five minutes on a comfortable bed or couch to allow you to expel gas. The reason why you need to do this because the stomach is located on the left side of the body and the esophagus enters the stomach on the right side. This will allow the bubble gas to rise up to the entry point and make gas expel easily.

Eating saltine crackers may also lessen the stomach ache because these foods can absorb the floating acid present within the stomach and is can really make a comfortable feeling. Sip a glass of iced water or hot water slowly to help dissolve the acid also. Alkali like milk can also neutralize this acid but you need to be careful because milk substance is thicker and might cause the stomach spasm more serious. Of course, if you are angry you might as well feel pain in your stomach and don’t skip your meals.
