People must realize that stomach ache is usually due to excessive eating, too quick or consuming foods that are spicy or fatty foods. Another good alternative to help you relieve a stomach ache is mixing 2-3 tablespoon of activated charcoal in a glass of water, stirring it slowly to prevent making the powder fly out of the glass. Use a straw when drinking it and it is really a proven treatment. You can actually buy activated charcoal in leading health food stores.

Always remember if you are already experiencing too much pain in your abdomen that is already coming suddenly don’t waste time and go to your doctor immediately.
